This upstairs newly remodeled, 1 bedroom – 1 bathroom unit is in a private, gated community and is 30 minutes away from Disneyworld! It is extremely luxurious, no expense was spared during the recent renovation, from upgraded appliances, all the way down to the ultra-high thread count bedding & plush soft towels!

The entire unit has brand new wood flooring throughout and opens up to the dining room for you to start your days of adventure off right. The dining area, the kitchen contains all brand new appliances, including microwave, stove oven, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, and the always vital Ninja blender for your smoothies or green juice! And, as always with M&L Vacation Rentals, the kitchen is stocked with all utensils, dishes, pots & pans for you if you’d like to cook during your stay.

The living room has a huge comfy leather couch for you to relax and watch your favorite movie on the 75” Smart TV! (Cable is included, of course, but you can also connect to your favorite streaming services with our super high speed 5G WiFi that covers the entire unit!)

The master bedroom has a king bed with a lighted headboard, top-of-the-line linens, and a 55“ Smart TV, for any private entertainment to “Netflix & Chill.”

The back patio is completely screened in, so you know you’ll be safe & enjoying the Sunshine State without the bugs!

Your rental includes access to the community pool on the grounds for you to cool off, in this very family-friendly & safe property. The grounds are lovely, perfect for your evening wind-down walk!

The property is very close to shopping, theaters, and dining, so you’ll have all the comforts of home nearby. You’ll also have access to 2 pools, a clubhouse with a gym for your workouts, a movie theater, its own library, and a grand piano!
