The property was formerly golf course so the grounds include rolling hills, lush greenery and several lakes and ponds.

All M&L Vacation Rentals are upgraded to include new appliances, furniture and include SmartTV’s, cable, high speed WiFi, and your choice of streaming services, as well as top of the line linens for your comfort. Also included for our guests is a “comfort package” of toiletries, snacks and $20 grocery store gift card, to ensure you have every comfort of home during your stay.

The cottage has one King Bedroom with luxurious linens and a 65” Smart TV and one Queen Bedroom also with luxury linens, and a 50” Smart TV, and 2 full baths plus a brand new washer and dryer, so you can take home clean clothes, instead of taking home a mountain of laundry! The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials for your cooking & dining needs. The well appointed living room has comfortable seating & lounging areas and 82” Smart TV, and a gorgeous fire place for you to relax with in the evenings.

All of the Smart TV’s include access to your streaming services like Roku & Netflix, and cable is, of course, included so you can “Netflix & chill” on your vacay after a fun day out on the lake!

Note: This unit does not have a pool or a hot tub on the premises.

This unit requires a refundable deposit for the parking sticker, because we are only allowed one sticker per year. As long as the parking sticker is left in the unit at check out, your deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of check out.
