All M&L Vacation Rentals are upgraded to include new appliances, furniture and include SmartTV’s, cable, high-speed WiFi, and your choice of streaming services, as well as top-of-the-line linens for your comfort. Also included for our guests is a “comfort package” of toiletries, snacks, and a $20 grocery store gift card, to ensure you have every comfort of home during your stay.

This newly remodeled, 2 bedroom – 2 bathroom unit is in a private, gated community and is 30 minutes away from Disneyworld! It is extremely luxurious, no expense was spared during the recent renovation, from upgraded appliances, all the way down to the ultra-high thread count bedding & plush soft towels!

The entire unit has brand new wood flooring throughout and opens up to the dining room with a breakfast nook with benches to fit up to 6 people, so you can start your days of adventure off right with the most important meal of the day. To the right of the dining area, the kitchen contains all brand new appliances, including microwave, stove oven, stainless steel refrigerator & dishwasher & Keurig coffeemaker. As always with M&L Vacation Rentals, the kitchen is stocked with all utensils, dishes, pots & pans for you if you’d like to cook during your stay.

The living room has a huge comfy leather couch with adjustable headrests which can seat 10 people, so everyone will be able to claim their own favorite spot to watch 82” Smart TV! (Cable is included, of course, but you can also connect to your favorite streaming services with our super high speed 5G WiFi that covers the entire unit!)

The master bedroom has a king bed with a lighted headboard, top-of-the-line linens and a 65“ Smart TV, so the adults can “Netflix & chill” while the kids watch movies in the living room!

The second bedroom is for the kids, with bunk beds and their own 50” Smart TV that includes a PlayStation to occupy their time.

The back patio is completely screened in, so you know the kids will be safe and for you to enjoy the Sunshine State without the bugs!

Your rental includes access to the community pool on the grounds for you to cool off, in this very family-friendly & safe property. The grounds are lovely, perfect for your evening wind-down walk!

The property is very close to shopping, theaters, and dining, so you’ll have all the comforts of home nearby.
